Tim focuses on growing the company, developing new opportunities, and leading our marketing efforts. Jennifer manages the office and finances, keeping the business organized and running smoothly. Gage oversees our day-to-day business operations, ensuring each part of the company stays on track. Garrett manages our crews and inventory, making sure our teams have the materials and support they need to deliver quality work.

Behind the Blue Shield
Tim never planned on starting a floor coating company.
After 25 years in law enforcement, he was ready for a new chapter. Then he watched a floor coating crew transform his neighbor’s garage, and something clicked.
The preparation, precision, and attention to detail reminded him of the paint and body work he had done for years. More importantly, the work reflected the same principles that guided his career in law enforcement: discipline, accountability, and doing the job right.
Tim saw an opportunity to build something of his own—not a franchise, but a company built around quality work, personal relationships, and taking care of customers.
With Jennifer by his side, Tim took the leap and started Blue Shield.
What began as a career change has grown into a family-owned and operated business built on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing things right.
And that philosophy still guides Blue Shield today.
Meet The Team
Jennifer
Office & Sales
Head of the administrative side of things, Tim’s wife, Jennifer, handles office and sales operations. She learned the business alongside Tim from day one and shares his commitment to quality and demand for excellence in everything they do.
Gage
Second-in-Command
Tim’s oldest son, Gage, is second-in-command. He’s in charge of managing repairs, scheduling, photography and videography. He’s also a heck of a golfer.
Garrett
Operations
A jack-of-all-trades, Tim’s youngest son, Garrett, handles inventory management, vehicle maintenance, tool maintenance and crew oversight. He keeps the operation running behind the scenes.
Logan
Head Installer
Blue Shield’s head installer since the beginning, Logan is the workhorse of the crew. You can trust him to treat you and your home with respect and get the job done right the first time.
